Book Synopsis
Having recently enrolled in a local art class, Susanna, Charley and Scout are excited when their teacher tells them that he is going to take the class to the Museum of Fine Arts in the nearby city. He wants them to see a new exhibit that features paintings by the Old Master Artists, including Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. After Susanna asks about a missing picture next to Mona Lisa, Scout decides to take matters into her own hands to help retrieve the stolen masterpiece. They learn a valuable lesson from this experience when Mona Lisa reveals the secret of her smile.
